Entering its 30th year, MIPIM 2019 is set to be the biggest yet. The international property event looks to welcome more than 25,000 participants and 3,350 exhibiting companies from over 100 countries between March 12 – 15 – including Munroe K and the White Rose Office Park!
White Rose Office Park, formerly the Arlington Business Centre, was opened in 1988. After rebranding and becoming the White Rose Office Park in 2001, the site has become a premier location for businesses in Leeds. Now home to a host of global names – including DAZN most recently – the park offers tenants and employees a host of amenities, with expansion plans that are guaranteed to cement the park’s position as a business hub of the future.
David Aspin, owner of Munroe K, and operator of the White Rose Office Park scheme has attended MIPIM since its inception in 1990. He’s looking forward to another year of showcasing what the region has to offer, commenting:
“MIPIM continues to be the global showcase for the international property market and the Leeds City Region are once again showcasing what our great region has to offer. The size of the delegation this year, from public and private sector alike, demonstrates the commitment we all have in putting the Leeds City Region on the map. As MIPIM reaches its 30th year I’m looking forward to playing my part in helping the region achieve its economic ambitions and continues to attract more investment from around the world.”
As we look to the future, of both the park and the wider Leeds City Region, MIPIM provides us with an opportunity every year to showcase the region’s potential, and prove why we are one of the UK’s quickest developing economies.
