Freedom
Freedom gives you access to a workstation, amazing task chair, WIFI and most importantly other like minded individuals. You can sign up for a day a week to 365 days a year and everything in between giving you the Freedom to flex without ties. Freedom is great not only for SME’s but offers larger corporate a home for their staff who may find WFH challenging. Licences are on an all inclusive basis from £95 per month + VAT upward.
Adapt
As your business grows and your needs develop Munroe K are there to support you through our Adapt structure, which offers ‘grow on incubator space’ with your own private office area and individual branding. Adapt is based an all-inclusive lease arrangement for a minimum of 12 months where we supply everything you’ll need to create a successful office from furniture to IT and utilities to kettles.
Bespoke
If you are looking for new tailor made work space without the need for significant up front Capital investment, then Vital could be for you. We work with our customers to create cost effective and transparent managed office solutions to provide you with a fully fitted, bespoke office environment ready for use on day one. Vital allows you to focus on your business whilst we take care of everything from space design, to full CAT B fit-out and when you’re in the space we’ll organise the cleaning, maintenance and reception services etc. Vital typically offers customers a 3 – 5 year commitment but can be bespoke to all lease terms.
Essential
We are very aware that flexible solutions don’t suit everyone’s needs, which is why we also offer the more familiar Full Repairing and Insuring leases on all our portfolio for a term of years to suit our customers needs. The Essential lease can be combined with any of the above more flexible arrangements to help settle you into White Rose Park more easily. The main difference from other landlords is that we build dilapidations, transparently into our lease rent so save any negotiations or complications on exit.
